Initial Registration Process Overview

The initial Registration Process to gain access to the Grade Entry Portal depends upon the method used to create the User.

There are two distinct ways:

  1. Centre Administrator Users:  Users of this type are usually created via the import of AQA data; hence the Users have a trusted email address, and their initial registration is done via email.
  2. Super Users, Administrators and Centre Users: These Users are created in the Grade Entry Portaland an extra level of Authentication via a text to your mobile phones (SMS) is in force as part of the Registration Process. Centre Administrators created via the Grade Entry Portal (not imported) also follow this Registration Process.
